The causes of upset and pain are not always easily identifiable. Many people get into therapy because they have feelings that are nagging at them, or because they are stuck in their life and cannot understand how or why.
Often misplaced energy in the form of anxiety and/or depression can pull focus and drain a person of the energy they need to function and manage on a daily basis.
Part of my work is to help you to identify and untangle what is causing distress. I will assist you on your path to becoming whole and in forging a relationship with your fullest self.
You can live a whole lifetime and know more about others than you do yourself. Make a commitment to living more comfortably by learning about what makes you tick. Your inner life is just as, if not more, important then your outer life. Allow yourself the time and space to reflect.
