You Come First

 

 

If  you or your family are compromised by unhealthy communication patterns, long term unemployment, addiction or drug abuse, you need support.  

 

Change begins with you.  Reach out for help even if it’s to a friend.

 

If you feel that your life is out of control or if you feel discontented and can’t put your finger on the reason why, maybe it’s time to add therapy to your list of resources.

 

Caring for oneself is the greatest of challenges.    

 

Hopefully at the end of your day you feel satisfied with your life and relationships with people in your life.  Perhaps, you are tense, restless or unable to slow your thoughts down when you put your head on your pillow.

 

If you are going to bed dissatisfied more days than not, please think about outside help. 

 

Accessing freedom, inspiration, connectedness and happiness can be trying.  Taking a deeper look at these questions and feelings is a good idea.
